International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient (Depends on the product) Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We have cooprated with SF Express International, and SF Express will provide detailed shipping cost information.

Standard shipping time will be around 7-14 days.

Shipping fee usually costs 10-15 euros.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at support@blizedout.com

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase for a refund. This ensures that you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible.
